Generally the food, service and price warrant our return visits.

The waitress, with out looking at the bread told us there was nothing she could do, it was the same bread they always defrost and serve and basically to shove it.
I ask to speak to the manager.
When she came over, she gave us the same response, here again with out looking at the bread.
The manager did say people complain about the bread all the time, but there was nothing she could or would do.
I asked her, have you ever told your general manager that people complain about the bread all the time?
I asked her how she would know this bread was ok, since she never looked at it, but rather attack us and our comments.
The issue was insulting.
The waitress and the manager need customer training.
Btw, my mother managed a restaurant and i worked there, and my sweetheart worked in a restaurant during college.
These folks need customer training.
