The waitress, with out looking at the bread told us there was nothing she could do, it was the same bread they always defrost and serve and basically to shove it.
I ask to speak to the manager.
When she came over, she gave us the same response, here again with out looking at the bread.
The manager did say people complain about the bread all the time, but there was nothing she could or would do.
I asked her, have you ever told your general manager that people complain about the bread all the time?
I asked her how she would know this bread was ok, since she never looked at it, but rather attack us and our comments.
The issue was insulting.
The waitress and the manager need customer training.
Btw, my mother managed a restaurant and i worked there, and my sweetheart worked in a restaurant during college.

It never dawned upon me that the decision to buy carpet would turn into such a huge dramatic event in my household.

I could have had it installed while the kids were at school and my husband at work.
However, i made the announcement one saturday morning after we debated on it for months.
Our old carpet was almost 10 years old and just entirely too worn.

But, i made the announcement and mistake of telling my daughters that they could each choose a color for their bedrooms.

Was not pleased in the least.
I was not thrilled with her selection either.
After standing there and seeing my daughters very comfortable with their decisions to buy carpet that suited them, i sighed.
This had not been a wise move on my part.
My husband wanted no part of the discussion, so he went off in search of a carpet for our bedroom and the guest room.
He chose a nice shade of light blue that would look simply wonderful.
I finally told my daughters that we would buy carpet that would be more suitable for the house.
After explaining a few of my reasons, they once again set out to find a different color.
My oldest was still in purple mode, but she found a much lighter purple that was definitely more acceptable.
And, my youngest daughter still wanted a shag carpet, but found a gray that she liked very much.
Everyone was finally happy that we would buy carpet that we all agreed upon.
After four hours, we finally left the store.
I think the salespeople were glad to see us go.

If it were first quality a mohawk rep would have looked at it along with the store.
Some installers use a spike instead of power stretching which will leave holes in the carpet.
Could be the owners knew it was improper installation or seconds to begin with, therefore it would have been sold with no warranty.
Knowing the price will tell me a lot.
Nothing wrong with seconds, lots of them are off shade or a variance from the stock product but perfectly usable.
